    Job Posting & Application Tracking.

Employers / Recruiters can manage job postings and process applications via easy to use interface. Diversity Employers job management system allows for:


- New job posting / edit existing ones / preview posted jobs.
- Saving of draft job description for future use / it can be made searchable.
- Filtering of jobs (active / expired / drafts / featured).
- Rolling of jobs, expire or delete.
- Statistical analyses on job views & applications.
- Processing of multiple jobs / select all.
- Sorting by clicking on a column header, select number of postings per page.

    Assessment Questionnaires.

Employers can preselect candidates’ applications by activating assessment questionnaires linked to jobs. You can have as many questioners as you wish even for each job you post.  Applications obtained will hold pass/no pass score.     Resume Search.

Keyword search: Both candidate profiles and attached files are searched by keyword(s).

    Registration & Login.

Employers can register by filling out a simple form, login to personal account area for job posting, applications tracking, resume search, profile editing etc.

Employers can create sub accounts for recruiters within their organization to post jobs and process applications via their own logins.

    Profile.

Employers / Recruiters can manage their corporate profiles, company name, logo, website URL, etc. Live jobs are enlisted under profile information for job seeker to browse. Job seekers can reach company profiles by browsing Employers directory or by following an employer name link from job post.

    Bulk Job Posting via XML.

Diversity Employers allows Employers / Recruiters to bulk post jobs to the site via an XML / HTTP interface. Send posting instructions automatically compiled by the system to ad management / bulk posting vendors or client ATS support.

    Services Purchase Process.

Diversity Employers allow for a simple payment system for service activation.  We accept all major credit cards through the well-known international Authorize.net payment system.

    Candidate Messaging.

Employers can contact candidates via Diversity Employers or send messages to applicants.
