Whirlpool Corporation’s Leadership Development Program(s) (LDP) provides members with the unique opportunity to apply strategic skills, strengthen business acumen, and accelerate their professional career in a $17 billion consumer products company. Through three challenging assignments, mentoring from Whirlpool leadership, and fast-paced  training and development programs, LDP members gain the skills required to lead and manage critical business and initiatives throughout the company.

LDP roles generally last 12-18 months, and in each assignment, members help drive smart business decisions, analyze business transactions, improve reporting, and support forecasting and analysis for major projects. Supporting regional businesses in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Product Development, and Procurement.
